  15. ･ Enter your name and either your snail or email address.
  16. ･ Specify the payment method and number of copies you wish to purchase.  The rule is one copy per user (Iﾕll not object if you want to order more than one per user, but thatﾕs sorta wastefulﾉ).
  17. ･ Site (US$256, covers all your employees or students working out of one physical site) and Worldwide (US$1024, covers all your employees or students working at any physical site on the planet Earth) licenses are also available.
